2020 Main Street Mingle- REVAMPED

Enjoy our festival from the safety of your car as we host "Drive Thru the Good Life" Main Street Mingle.  Due to the governor's proclamation, we have some changes to our line up.  You won't have to leave your car to enjoy the festivities in Grundy Center. At 6 pm, the downtown lights will be lit and Santa will arrive at the Courthouse for you to wave at him.  Stores will be open late and offer specials.  No more than 15 customers in a store at a time.  Please be respectful of social distancing.

There will be a drive by live nativity in The Landmark's patio.  The Landmark will be offering to go soup, The Natural Grind will have a hot cocoa kit you can purchase and Corn Crib Creations will have sandwiches.  Purchases can be made ahead of time to be picked up.  The Center Theatre will offer concessions.  You can pick up a cookie kit from Kling Memorial Library in front of Crazy Daisies and a kid kit at GNB Bank.  End the evening with a tour of lights in Grundy Center with our Holiday Lights Contest.  Check back to find the map here.

Saturday morning is Small Business Saturday.  The participating stores downtown will offer a sweepstakes for a $250 gift card.  Enjoy a virtual storytime with Mrs. Claus brought to you by Kling Memorial Library.

While our Jingle Jog, Movement Dancers, trolley and Festival of Trees are cancelled, we have provided a safe way to get into the holiday spirit on Main Street Grundy Center.  Masks and social distancing are required.
